Emperor Penguin Media is GDPR compliant. This page explains what data is collected and how it is handled.
Data Collection
The only user data collected through this website is the contact form. When a message is submitted, the following information is received:
- Name (as provided in the form)
- Email address (as provided in the form)
- Message content
No other personal data is collected. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, and no third-party advertising on this website.
Data Usage
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to enquiries about drone services. Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.
Data Storage
Contact form submissions are stored in the email inbox of Emperor Penguin Development and retained only as long as needed to respond to the enquiry. Raw footage and photographs from projects are deleted after project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, individuals have the right to:
- Request access to personal data held
- Request correction or deletion of personal data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD)
